ApocryiaAI Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

1. Introduction

ApocryiaAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our content and services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Subscribe to our channels
  • Comment on our content
  • Contact us through social media
  • Participate in surveys or promotions

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring website addresses

2.3 Third-Party Platform Data

When you interact with our content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or Pinterest, those platforms collect data according to their own privacy policies. We may view aggregate video performance metrics provided by these platforms — such as view counts, likes, and watch time — to understand how our videos perform. These metrics do not identify individual viewers, and we do not receive, request, or store information about who watches our content. Separately, our publishing application receives data directly from platform APIs — see Section 3 for a full description of that data and how we handle it.

3. Data We Receive From Platform APIs

ApocryiaAI operates a content publishing application (the "App"), owned by 3k1o LLC, that connects to the social platforms where we publish — including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest — through each platform's official API. This section describes the data the App collects, uses, and stores from these APIs and how we handle it.

3.1 What We Collect

When one of our own platform accounts is connected to the App, we receive and store:

  • Basic profile identifiers for the connected account, such as the account ID, display name, and avatar image URL
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the platform, used to authenticate API requests
  • Publishing metadata returned by the platform's API, such as post identifiers and upload/publish status

For TikTok specifically: through TikTok Login Kit (the user.info.basic scope) we receive the connected account's open ID, union ID, display name, and avatar; through TikTok's Content Posting API (the video.publish and video.upload scopes) we upload and publish videos to the connected account and receive post identifiers and publish status.

We do not collect account passwords. We do not access followers, direct messages, comments, or any data beyond the scopes listed above. The App collects no data about viewers or any person who watches ApocryiaAI content. The App has no end users: the only accounts whose data it handles are ApocryiaAI's own connected publishing accounts. We do not track, profile, or identify anyone who views our content on any platform.

3.2 How We Use This Data

  • Profile identifiers (account ID, display name, avatar) are used solely to identify and display which account is connected to the App and to confirm posts are sent to the correct account
  • OAuth tokens are used solely to authenticate requests to each platform's API to upload or publish videos to the connected account
  • Publishing metadata is used to track the status of uploads and confirm successful posting

Every post made through the App is initiated and approved by a human operator. The App does not post autonomously and does not act on any account other than the connected account.

3.3 How We Store and Protect This Data

Platform API data, including OAuth tokens, is stored on secure servers controlled by 3k1o LLC. Tokens are treated as credentials: they are stored with restricted access, are never exposed publicly, and are never embedded in client-side code.

3.4 Retention and Deletion

We retain platform API data only while the account remains connected to the App. When a connection is revoked or a deletion request is received, we delete the associated profile data and OAuth tokens within 30 days.

3.5 Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade data obtained from any platform API. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law. Platform API data is used only for the App's publishing function described above, consistent with each platform's developer terms, including TikTok's Developer Terms of Service.

3.6 Revoking Access

Access to a connected account can be revoked at any time:

  • For TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services → remove ApocryiaAI
  • For other platforms: through that platform's connected apps or security settings
  • Or by contacting us at apocryiaai@3k1o.com to request disconnection and deletion of stored data

Revoking access invalidates our stored tokens, and associated data is deleted as described in Section 3.4.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our content and services
  • Understand audience preferences and viewing patterns
  • Respond to your inquiries and comments
